The Mind Gym about Trust

I was reading The Mind Gym, and there is another new thing that the book does. It has a unique number printed on the inside cover. Entering this code on their website gives you access to additional resources. I registered and found a questionnair about How trustworthy are you?

I took the quiz and here are some interesting excerpts from the evaluation.

What it takes to be trusted
Trust is a combination of four factors. The first is perseverance. This is about how reliable you are. The second is honesty, or your truthfulness. The third is fairness. This is about whether or not you treat everyone equally and without bias. The fourth is self-control, or your ability to reign in your impulses.

People who are honest are happier and are more satisfied with their lives. They have greater self-esteem, and are liked by others. Honest people suffer from less stress and when they encounter difficulty, receive more support from others.

People who are regarded as fair tend to hold higher status jobs, are better at resolving conflicts and have a higher self-esteem.

People with high self-control have more satisfying relationships and get along better with other people generally. They are less depressed and anxious, and have a higher self-esteem.
