How to make sticky notes smarter? Awesome!
Pranav Mistry was a junior in school with me and we worked on a few science projects together. He was actually the person who took over Young Scientist Club I established in my hometown when I moved to Mumbai. I knew he was bright, but my jaws dropped when I saw his latest project!
Quickies are super stickies. They do handwriting recognition, sync with your computer and can alert you on the mobile. They even know their position. And sure, you can stick them around as well. Check out the video above, and pay a visit to the project site to know more.

This is just like “Macintosh Post-It Notes”, an old Saturday Night Live parody commercial making fun of the Newton (must have been 1994). They were just like regular Post-Its except you had to wait ten seconds for them to boot up before you could write on them, and they cost $500 apiece.
