		<description>I&#039;d written a conference management system when I was at NCST.  It provided the following features:
- web interface
- register as speaker, register paper
- change paper status, assign to referee, etc.
- referee papers
- mail authors
- view author profile and paper abstract after closing date

It did not handle scheduling or the other features you&#039;ve mentioned.

Unfortunately it was written using java servlets and sybase and I wouldn&#039;t know how to work on it now.</description>

Unfortunately it was written using java servlets and sybase and I wouldn&#039;t know how to work on it now.</description>
