@Maureen: Unfortunately, there is not much in your hands. You will have to wait for Apple to respond. You may call them (use numbers on the Apple contact page for your region), but it's really just waiting for their response. Once you get a response (will come via email), you have an email address you can send a reminder / followup too. Things will move faster then. But still, there are delays of paper work if your application is not free.

As of now, we have one application (free) live. But the paid applications are still under review. It's been months! :-(

We have been waiting for 8 days now. If there's anything anyone has found about speeding up the process of getting an Apple iPhone Developer account approved, please share the information. Thanks, Maureen

@David: We followed our coding standards for iPhone development too, so it wasn't too difficult to port to Mac. We had to adjust for screen sizes, remove all finger/gesture features and package it for Mac. Overall, about 20% additional work.

Interestingly, I just got a notification from Apple about them charging $99 for the developer's account. Now I have to wait for an activation code in email! ;-)

One of my colleagues at work is involved with an iPhone game too, and is having tremendous problems getting into the AppStore.

Was it technically easy to convert it to the Mac?
