Design a new font – font basics

without comments

We need to show non printing characters / formatting marks in a Flex Text Area for a project. Spaces, Line breaks, tabs etc. I haven’t found a solution to that yet, but I found a nice article explaining basics of creating your own fonts on TypeWorkshop. It’s decorated with hand drawn images and will teach you fundamentals of font design quickly! Recommended Read!

XPlanner PHP SOAP Client

without comments

How Chinese Multiply

with 5 comments

Ever wondered how Chinese multiply so quickly? Ravi sent me this video a while ago and I did not see it thinking it may have objectionable content! When I saw it, I was amazed!

Could you ever think of this? It’s a great maths trick. I don’t know how it would multiply 10 x 10, or for that matter any number which is a 10 multiple. Do you have an idea?
