		<description>The above four steps always calm down an irate customer.Just to add some thing more,Never use jargons because most of the customers are not tech savy and your jargons may frustate him more.Even if the customer is irate and is speaking rudely to you he doesnt have any personal grudges with you but he is not happy with service or product,so we have make him understand that we will give the best shot to solve the problem and we taking responsibilty will make him relax that there is someone to solve his/her issue.</description>
