it’s more of fulfilling their “wants” than their “needs”.
it’s the “brand identity” that they want to create for themselves rather a status symbol..flaunting more earns them more respect and status symbol.. they’ll learn someday that life is not that.. they’ll learn the hard way..

People don’t respect money ??? People can’t live without money. One can always think for his/her career and now a days career is directly proportional to money. other professional/personal/technical things you can learn by your self, if you have willingness to learn.

I have a life outside of work. I work to earn money. I am perfectly willing to work long hours, but I demand my playtime too.

I like my work, but now work is no longer life.

..I am the exact opposite…The only real reason to work is for money… Would you still do your job if it was unpaid?

I’ve decided that I’d rather earn less but have more free time. I can earn lots of money, but that would involve me staying late working, being more stressed out etc.
