<description>Instead of a photomarathon on the same day, here&#039;s what I would suggest:

# Pick two consecutive days of any week
# Have everyone &#039;sign up&#039; beforehand
# Based on their preferences and/or a random pick, create two separate pools of photographers from this set of people

# On the first day, the first set takes pictures
# At the end of the first day, the entire first set posts their pictures

# The second set of photographers uses this first-day upload in order to make their own interpretation(s) of the &quot;theme&quot; of the first day
# The second set follows that theme / those themes

# The disparity in the themes, as intepreted by one or many people in the second set, will allow for creative expression; as well as be a good visual of how photography is truly an expression of individuality

Ideally, as a result, one would expect:

# Threads off a single picture

# Clouds off a group of pictures

# Repetitions of the same picture, in different conditions; in order to exhibit a time lapse / creative expression

The &quot;creative pressure&quot; on the first set would be to find, in photos, good &quot;seeds&quot; for the second set.

The &quot;creative pressure&quot; on the second set would be to follow the first set&#039;s act adequately.
