foss.in/2006 is around the corner. It happens in Bangalore on 24th, 25th and 26th November. And looking at how it was last year, I am expecting a lot of excitement and happenings this year. I am thinking various things for the event:
- Talking about how to become an effective programmer
- Actually how about a track about soft skills? Communication, leadership, project management etc?
- Would love to get the PHP hackers together and get questions generated for OpenCerti! It’s been dormant for a while now.
- Probably a hack fest to give some problem and people solving it there - winners can be put in the hall of fame of foss.in
- Would actually be fun to see Flash/Flex development under Linux. Not sure how difficult it is to port the Flex SDK to Linux - probably someone is already working on this
- People take so many pictures at the event, and then we lose track. How about the best pic of the day?
